第二章 7 天无理由退货
第一条 自物流签收次日起 7 个自然日内(含第 7 日),消费者有权无理由退货。
第二条 退货商品须保持完好,即商品本身、配件、商标标识、使用说明书、保修卡及其他附带物完整无缺,且未被人为激活、绑定账号或产生不可恢复的数据记录。
第三条 商品包装应妥善保护,因包装不当导致运输途中损毁的,由消费者承担相应责任。
第四条 退回运费由消费者承担;如已享受包邮服务的,退款时将扣除发货运费。
第五条 无理由退货情形下,退款金额以消费者实际支付的商品价款为限,不包括消费者支付的运费、保险费等附加费用。
第三章 7 天质量问题退货
第六条 自物流签收次日起 7 个自然日内(含第 7 日),如商品存在非因消费者使用、维护、保管不当造成的质量缺陷,消费者可选择退货。
第七条 质量缺陷的认定以本店或制造商授权的检测机构出具的检测结果为准。
第八条 经确认为质量问题的,退回运费由本店承担;退款范围包括商品价款及消费者已支付的运费。
第四章 15 天质量问题换货
第九条 自物流签收次日起 15 个自然日内(含第 15 日),如商品存在非因消费者原因造成的质量缺陷,消费者可申请更换同规格、同型号商品。
第十条 如该规格商品已停产或无库存,消费者可选择更换同等价位的其他商品,或按质量问题退货处理。
第十一条 换货产生的往返运费由本店承担。
第十二条 换货后新商品的保修期自换货签收次日起重新计算。
第五章 1 年有限保修
第十三条 自购买之日起 1 年内,商品在正常使用条件下出现质量缺陷的,本店提供免费维修服务。
第十四条 保修范围仅限于因材料或制造工艺缺陷导致的功能性故障,不包括以下情形:
(一)超出保修期的;
(二)因消费者使用、维护、保管不当造成的损坏(包括但不限于跌落、进水、挤压、过载、使用非原厂配件等);
(三)因不可抗力(如火灾、水灾、地震、雷击等)造成的损坏;
(四)未经授权擅自拆卸、改装、维修的;
(五)正常使用产生的自然损耗(如外观磨损、电池容量衰减等);
(六)不能提供有效购买凭证的。
第十五条 保修期间产生的往返运费,由双方各自承担寄出方向费用,另有约定的除外。
第十六条 如需更换零配件,更换件归本店所有;保修服务不延长或重新计算原保修期。
第六章 一般不予退换货的情形
除法律法规另有规定外,存在以下情形之一的,本店有权拒绝退换货申请:
第十七条
(一)商品、配件、赠品、发票(或电子发票)及其他随附单证不齐全或不完整的;
(二)商品存在消费者原因导致的脏污、破损、划痕、变形、腐蚀、烧毁等人为损坏痕迹,致使其价值贬损且影响二次销售的;
(三)商品因消费者使用不当已造成功能性损坏或过度磨损的,包括但不限于:电机烧毁或卡死、机架结构断裂或变形、螺旋桨折断或严重磨损;
(四)商品经非本店授权的人员拆卸、改装或维修的;
(五)商品序列号、防伪标识被涂改、撕毁或无法辨识的;
(六)消费者未能提供有效购买凭证,且本店无法通过其他方式核实购买记录的;
(七)超过退换货时效的。
第七章 退换货流程
第十八条 消费者应在上述期限内通过本店客服渠道提交退换货申请,并提供商品照片/视频、购买凭证及问题描述。
第十九条 本店在收到申请后 48 小时内予以审核并告知处理结果。
第二十条 消费者应在收到同意退换货通知后 7 日内将商品寄出,并提供物流单号;逾期视为放弃本次退换货权利。
第二十一条 本店在签收退回商品后 5 个工作日内完成核验,核验无误后:
(一)退货的,在 5 个工作日内将款项原路退回;
(二)换货的,在 5 个工作日内发出更换商品;
(三)保修的,在 15 个工作日内完成维修并寄回(需订购特殊配件的除外)。
第八章 DIY 无人机商品特别规定
第一节 适用范围
第二十二条 本规定适用于本店销售的以下品类商品(以下统称”DIY 类商品”):
(一)无人机套件(含机架、飞控、电调、电机、分电板等需消费者自行组装的零件套装);
(二)单独销售的无人机核心组件(飞控、电调、电机、图传模块、接收机等);
(三)无人机零配件(机架、桨叶、天线、连接线材、减震板等)。
第二节 无理由退货的特殊限制
第二十三条 DIY 类商品除须满足本政策第二章的一般要求外,还须同时满足以下条件,方可适用 7 天无理由退货:
(一)未组装、未焊接、未通电:商品须保持原始出厂状态。已组装、已焊接(含焊盘上锡、线头残留)、已刷写固件或已通电使用的,均视为已使用,不适用无理由退货。
(二)电子元件封装完好:飞控、电调、接收机等带有防静电包装或密封袋的,封装须完整未拆;一经拆封(含撕毁防伪贴、破封贴),即视为已使用。
(三)外观无损:商品 PCB 电路图板、芯片、接插件、外壳、桨叶、电机等无刮擦、无氧化、无变形、无污渍、无异物附着。
(四)静电防护:消费者在检验商品时应采取防静电措施;因静电放电导致电子元件损坏的,由消费者承担全部责任,不予退货。
(五)如消费者不具备上述判断能力,建议在拆封前确认商品规格或联系客服咨询,以避免拆封后无法退货造成的损失。
第三节 不视为质量缺陷的情形
第二十四条 鉴于 DIY 无人机的使用场景和技术特性,下列情形不视为商品质量缺陷,不适用质量问题退货或换货:
(一)组装不当:因焊接虚焊/短路/错焊、接线反接或错接、螺丝紧固力矩不当、绝缘处理不足等组装环节问题导致的损坏或功能异常;
(二)参数配置不当:因飞控 PID 参数、电调协议、遥控器通道映射、接收机协议、电压报警阈值等软件/固件参数设置错误导致的飞行异常或设备损坏;
(三)供电异常:使用不匹配规格的电池(含电压、放电信数 C 值、容量)、未经稳压的供电设备,或因极性反接、瞬时过压导致电路损坏的;
(四)兼容性问题:消费者自行搭配的非本店购买的组件之间,因协议不兼容、电压不匹配、接口定义不一致等导致的无法正常使用;
(五)环境因素:在超出商品规格的环境下使用导致的损坏,包括但不限于:高温(超过 60℃)、高湿/凝露、沙尘、强磁场、高海拔(超出说明书标称上限);
(六)操作失误:因飞行操作失误造成的撞机、坠机、炸机及其衍生损坏(飞行丢失、目视范围外失控等人为操作因素);
(七)进水/腐蚀:因雨淋、落水、盐水/潮湿环境使用、未做防水处理即接触液体等导致的进水、腐蚀、元器件短路;
(八)固件异常:消费者自行刷写非官方固件、第三方修改固件,或因刷写过程中断电、操作失误导致设备变砖的;
(九)正常损耗:桨叶磨损或断裂、电机轴承噪声增大、电池容量衰减、减震球硬化或变形、碳纤维板轻微分层等正常使用过程中的消耗性变化。
第四节 飞行数据提取与责任判定
第二十五条 消费者因质量问题申请退换货的,本店有权要求其提供飞控日志(含黑匣子数据,如 Betaflight Blackbox Log、ArduPilot .bin 日志等)、飞控 OSD 回放录像或飞行记录 APP 截图等飞行数据,作为责任判定的辅助依据。
第二十六条 消费者拒绝提供或无法提供上述数据的,不影响本店根据商品检测结果独立判定责任。
第二十七条 如飞行日志及相关数据显示飞行姿态、电流、电压等参数在损坏发生前存在异常波动,且排除人为操作因素的,该数据可作为支持消费者质量主张的参考。
第二十八条 消费者不得篡改、伪造或选择性提供飞行数据;一经发现数据存在人为修改痕迹,本店有权不予退换货。
第五节 换货与保修中的零件溯源
第二十九条 换货或保修时,消费者须如实说明涉及的商品范围;因消费者更换非本店销售的零件,或对商品进行过改装(含加装模块、改动电路、自行焊接附加设备等),导致无法判定原始质量责任的,本店仅对可确认为本店所售且未被动过的部分承担保修义务。
第三十条 保修期间如需更换零配件,须使用原厂配件或经本店确认兼容的替代品;消费者自行采购并安装的配件不在保修范围内,且因此引发的进一步损坏不在保修责任之内。
第六节 特别提示
第三十一条 DIY 无人机组装、调试和飞行需要一定的专业知识和技能。消费者在购买前应评估自身技术水平;因操作者不具备合理技能导致的损坏,不属于商品质量问题。
第三十二条 首次通电前,建议仔细检查是否短路;因短路造成的损坏,由消费者自行承担。
第三十三条 建议在飞行前进行地面测试(含电机转向测试等),并严格遵守当地无人机管理相关法律法规进行飞行活动。
第三十四条 因违反法律法规飞行导致的行政处罚、人身伤害或财产损失,本店不承担责任。
第三十五条 本店所售商品均为非开源产品,不随附、不提供、不出售任何设计图纸、电路原理图、PCB 设计文件、源代码、固件源码、CAD 模型及其他任何形式的技术设计文件。消费者不得以购买商品为由要求本店提供上述资料。如商品详情页另有明确承诺的,以详情页约定为准。
第九章 特别说明
第三十六条 本政策适用于本店销售的全新正品商品。二手商品、翻新商品及明确标注”不退不换”的特殊商品不适用本政策,其售后规则以商品页面标注为准。
第三十七条 本政策依据《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》《网络购买商品七日无理由退货暂行办法》等相关法律法规制定。如本政策任何条款与法律法规的强制性规定相抵触的,以法律法规规定为准。
第三十八条 本政策的最终解释权归本店所有,但不得违反法律法规的强制性规定。
第三十九条 本店有权根据法律法规变化或经营需要适时修改本政策,修改后的政策自公布之日起生效,在此之前已提交的退换货申请仍适用原政策。
Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy
Chapter 1 — Policy Overview

Chapter 2 — 7-Day No-Reason Return
Article 1 Consumers are entitled to a no-reason return within 7 calendar days from the day after logistics delivery confirmation (inclusive of the 7th day).
Article 2 Returned products must remain intact, meaning the product itself, accessories, trademark labels, user manuals, warranty cards, and all other accompanying items must be complete and undamaged, and must not have been artificially activated, bound to an account, or have generated irrecoverable data records.
Article 3 Products shall be properly packaged for return shipment. The consumer shall bear corresponding liability for any damage incurred during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
Article 4 Return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer. Where free shipping was provided at the time of purchase, the outbound shipping cost shall be deducted from the refund amount.
Article 5 In the case of a no-reason return, the refund amount shall be limited to the actual product price paid by the consumer and shall not include additional charges such as shipping fees, insurance premiums, or other surcharges paid by the consumer.
Chapter 3 — 7-Day Quality-Issue Return
Article 6 If, within 7 calendar days from the day after logistics delivery confirmation (inclusive of the 7th day), the product is found to have quality defects not caused by the consumer’s improper use, maintenance, or storage, the consumer may choose to return the product.
Article 7 Determination of quality defects shall be based on inspection results issued by our store or a testing facility authorized by the manufacturer.
Article 8 Where a quality issue is confirmed, return shipping costs shall be borne by our store, and the refund shall cover the product price and any shipping costs already paid by the consumer.
Chapter 4 — 15-Day Quality-Issue Exchange
Article 9 If the product is found to have quality defects not caused by the consumer within 15 calendar days from the day after logistics delivery confirmation (inclusive of the 15th day), the consumer may apply to exchange the product for an identical model with the same specifications.
Article 10 If the same model has been discontinued or is out of stock, the consumer may choose an alternative product of equivalent value or opt for a quality-issue return instead.
Article 11 All round-trip shipping costs arising from the exchange shall be borne by our store.
Article 12 The warranty period for a replacement product shall restart from the day after the consumer confirms receipt of the replacement.
Chapter 5 — 1-Year Limited Warranty
Article 13 Our store provides free repair services for products that develop quality defects under normal use conditions within 1 year from the date of purchase.
Article 14 The warranty covers only functional failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship. The following are excluded:
(1) Products beyond the warranty period;
(2) Damage caused by the consumer’s improper use, maintenance, or storage (including but not limited to dropping, water ingress, crushing, overloading, or use of non-original parts);
(3) Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.);
(4) Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair;
(5) Normal wear and tear from regular use (such as cosmetic wear, battery capacity degradation, etc.);
(6) Failure to provide a valid proof of purchase.
Article 15 Round-trip shipping costs during the warranty period shall be borne separately by each party for their respective outbound leg, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 16 Where replacement parts are required, the replaced parts shall become the property of our store. Warranty service does not extend or reset the original warranty period.
Chapter 6 — General Circumstances Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted
Unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations, our store reserves the right to reject a return or exchange application under any of the following circumstances:
Article 17
(1) The product, accessories, free gifts, invoice (or electronic invoice), and other accompanying documents are incomplete or missing;
(2) The product exhibits dirt, breakage, scratches, deformation, corrosion, burn marks, or other traces of human-caused damage attributable to the consumer, resulting in diminished value and affecting resale potential;
(3) The product has suffered functional damage or excessive wear due to improper use by the consumer, including but not limited to: burned-out or seized motors, fractured or deformed frame structures, broken or severely worn propellers;
(4) The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by personnel not authorized by our store;
(5) The product serial number or anti-counterfeiting label has been altered, torn off, or rendered illegible;
(6) The consumer fails to provide a valid proof of purchase and our store is unable to verify the purchase record through other means;
(7) The return or exchange request is submitted beyond the applicable time limit.
Chapter 7 — Return and Exchange Procedure
Article 18 Consumers shall submit return or exchange applications through our store’s customer service channels within the applicable period, accompanied by product photos/videos, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
Article 19 Our store shall review the application and notify the consumer of the outcome within 48 hours of receipt.
Article 20 Upon receiving approval for a return or exchange, the consumer shall ship the product within 7 days and provide the logistics tracking number. Failure to do so shall be deemed a waiver of the right to return or exchange.
Article 21 Our store shall complete verification within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Upon successful verification:
(1) For returns — the refund shall be returned via the original payment method within 5 business days;
(2) For exchanges — the replacement product shall be dispatched within 5 business days;
(3) For warranty repairs — the repair shall be completed and the product shipped back within 15 business days (unless special-order parts are required, in which case the consumer will be notified separately).
Chapter 8 — Special Provisions for DIY Drone Products
Section 1 — Scope of Application
Article 22 These provisions apply to the following categories of products sold by our store (hereinafter collectively referred to as “DIY Products”):
(1) Drone kits (including frames, flight controllers, ESCs, motors, power distribution boards, and other component sets requiring consumer assembly);
(2) Individually sold drone core components (flight controllers, ESCs, motors, video transmission modules, receivers, etc.);
(3) Drone parts and accessories (frames, propellers, antennas, connecting cables, vibration dampening plates, etc.).
Section 2 — Special Restrictions on No-Reason Returns
Article 23 In addition to satisfying the general requirements set forth in Chapter 2 of this Policy, DIY Products must also meet all of the following conditions to qualify for a 7-day no-reason return:
(1) Unassembled, Unsoldered, Unpowered: The product must remain in its original factory condition. Products that have been assembled, soldered (including tinned pads or residual solder on pads), had firmware flashed, or been powered on shall be deemed used and are ineligible for a no-reason return.
(2) Electronic Component Packaging Intact: Flight controllers, ESCs, receivers, and other items packaged in anti-static bags or sealed pouches must have their packaging fully intact. Once opened (including removal of tamper-evident stickers or seal stickers), the product shall be deemed used.
(3) No Cosmetic Damage: The product’s PCB circuit boards, chips, connectors, housings, propellers, motors, and other components must be free from scratches, oxidation, deformation, stains, and foreign matter adhesion.
(4) Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection: Consumers shall take anti-static precautions when inspecting products. Damage to electronic components caused by electrostatic discharge shall be the sole responsibility of the consumer, and returns shall not be accepted.
(5) Consumers who are unable to make the above assessments are advised to verify product specifications before opening packaging or consult customer service to avoid losses arising from inability to return after unsealing.
Section 3 — Circumstances Not Considered Quality Defects
Article 24 Given the usage scenarios and technical characteristics of DIY drones, the following circumstances shall not be considered product quality defects and shall not qualify for quality-issue returns or exchanges:
(1) Improper Assembly: Damage or malfunction caused by assembly-related issues, including but not limited to cold solder joints / short circuits / incorrect soldering, reversed or incorrect wiring connections, improper screw tightening torque, or inadequate insulation treatment;
(2) Improper Parameter Configuration: Flight abnormalities or equipment damage caused by incorrect software/firmware parameter settings, including but not limited to flight controller PID parameters, ESC protocols, transmitter channel mapping, receiver protocols, and voltage alarm thresholds;
(3) Abnormal Power Supply: Circuit damage caused by the use of batteries with mismatched specifications (including voltage, C-rating, capacity), unregulated power supply equipment, reverse polarity connection, or instantaneous overvoltage;
(4) Compatibility Issues: Failure to function properly due to protocol incompatibility, voltage mismatch, or inconsistent pin definitions between components sourced by the consumer from other vendors and paired together;
(5) Environmental Factors: Damage caused by use in environments exceeding the product’s rated specifications, including but not limited to: high temperature (exceeding 60°C), high humidity/condensation, sand and dust, strong magnetic fields, or high altitude (exceeding the limits stated in the product manual);
(6) Pilot Error: Collisions, crashes, or related derivative damage caused by flight operation errors (including but not limited to in-flight loss of control, flight beyond visual line of sight, and other human operational factors);
(7) Water Ingress / Corrosion: Water ingress, corrosion, or component short circuits caused by rain exposure, water landing, use in saltwater or humid environments, or contact with liquids without proper waterproofing;
(8) Firmware Anomalies: Devices rendered inoperable (“bricked”) due to the consumer flashing unofficial firmware, third-party modified firmware, or due to operational errors or power interruptions during the flashing process;
(9) Normal Wear and Tear: Consumptive changes arising from normal use, including but not limited to propeller wear or breakage, increased motor bearing noise, battery capacity degradation, hardening or deformation of vibration dampening balls, or minor delamination of carbon fiber plates.
Section 4 — Flight Data Extraction and Liability Determination
Article 25 For quality-issue return or exchange applications, our store reserves the right to request that the consumer provide flight data — including but not limited to flight controller logs (e.g., Betaflight Blackbox Logs, ArduPilot .bin logs), flight controller OSD playback recordings, or flight record app screenshots — as supplementary evidence for liability determination.
Article 26 A consumer’s refusal or inability to provide the above data does not affect our store’s right to independently determine liability based on product inspection results.
Article 27 If flight logs and related data indicate abnormal fluctuations in flight attitude, current, voltage, or other parameters preceding the damage, and human operational factors have been ruled out, such data may be used as reference in support of the consumer’s quality claim.
Article 28 Consumers shall not tamper with, falsify, or selectively provide flight data. Where evidence of data manipulation is found, our store reserves the right to deny the return or exchange.
Section 5 — Parts Traceability in Exchanges and Warranty Service
Article 29 When applying for an exchange or warranty service, the consumer shall truthfully describe the scope of products involved. Where a consumer has replaced parts not purchased from our store, or has modified the product (including adding modules, altering circuits, soldering additional equipment, etc.), making it impossible to determine the origin of a quality issue, our store shall only assume warranty obligations for those parts confirmed to have been sold by our store and not tampered with.
Article 30 Any replacement parts used during warranty service must be original manufacturer parts or alternatives confirmed as compatible by our store. Parts independently sourced and installed by the consumer are not covered by the warranty, and any further damage resulting therefrom is not within the scope of warranty liability.
Section 6 — Special Notices
Article 31 Assembly, configuration, and operation of DIY drones require a certain level of professional knowledge and skill. Consumers should assess their own technical capability before purchase. Damage caused by the operator’s lack of reasonable skill shall not constitute a product quality issue.
Article 32 Before first power-on, consumers are advised to carefully inspect for short circuits. Damage caused by short circuits shall be borne solely by the consumer.
Article 33 Consumers are advised to conduct ground tests prior to flight (including motor direction tests, etc.) and to strictly comply with local laws and regulations governing unmanned aerial vehicle operations.
Article 34 Our store assumes no liability for administrative penalties, personal injury, or property damage arising from the consumer’s violation of applicable laws and regulations in the course of operating the product.
Article 35 All products sold by our store are non-open-source products. No design drawings, circuit schematics, PCB design files, source code, firmware source code, CAD models, or any other form of technical design documentation shall be included with, provided with, or sold with the products. Consumers may not request such materials from our store on the grounds of having purchased a product. Where a product detail page expressly states otherwise, the detail page terms shall prevail.
Chapter 9 — General Provisions
Article 36 This Policy applies to brand-new, authentic products sold by our store. Second-hand products, refurbished products, and special products explicitly marked “non-returnable and non-exchangeable” are not governed by this Policy; their after-sales terms shall be as stated on the respective product pages.
Article 37 This Policy is formulated in accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, the Interim Measures for the Seven-Day No-Reason Return of Online Purchased Goods, and other relevant laws and regulations. Should any provision of this Policy conflict with mandatory provisions of applicable laws and regulations, the latter shall prevail.
Article 38 The final right of interpretation of this Policy belongs to our store, provided that this shall not contravene mandatory provisions of laws and regulations.
Article 39 Our store reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time in light of changes in laws and regulations or operational needs. The amended Policy shall take effect on the date of publication. Return and exchange applications submitted prior to such amendment shall remain subject to the Policy in effect at the time of submission.
